Workauto Release Update: June 2026

Key Features and Improvements

This release brings significant enhancements to two core areas of Workauto:

• Logged Time Breakdown per Job: Get a detailed breakdown of time logged against each job, along with the ability to overwrite logged time entries where needed.

• SMS Reminders for Services and MOTs: Stay connected with your customers automatically — SMS reminders will notify them ahead of upcoming services and MOT due dates. WE have also reworked the whole user interface for configuring reminders.

In addition to these major updates, we have rolled out numerous other small bug fixes and user experience improvements across the platform, all aimed at providing a more stable and intuitive experience.

What's Next on the Roadmap?

We're already looking ahead and are excited about what's to come. Our next major updates will include:

• Notifications. In app notifications for jobs that are changed to "on hold" or "workshop complete". Also notifications when notes are added to a job.

• Unbillable Time. A complete rework of this feature to make it more comprehensive.
